At Life's a Bead I have found a veritable candy store of beads, baubles and supplies- some of which I wouldn't have expected even in the most popular catalogs. Their staff is diversely knowledgeable and always willing to help with a simple clasp or a complicated new technique. Both Susan and Luan (owners) have a list of credits for themselves that excite the eye and fingers with new, innovative designs and techniques for the beading world. After more then a decade beading, selling and searching for supplies in various settings I am always ready to find little bead shops that are messy, poorly stocked and inadequately staffed. Not here- such an incredible combination of materials, classes, teachers and open doors with tables laid out for sitting down to bead makes you want to learn and play. Life's a Bead is a local store, lacking in pretensions while maintaining a very high quality of beads, people and knowledge of the craft. When you find it (easily), enjoy it and tell your friends. They will thank you!
